Shipping & Returns

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within 48-72 hours of the purchase date, Monday through Friday. Keep in mind, many of our items are made to order and may take longer to ship. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping times depend on your location. If you are down the street from us in Phoenix, your package will arrive sooner than if you lived in New York. The USPS Site quotes, but does not guarantee delivery times.

Duties, taxes, and other fees acquired through international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please reach out to info@coppercactuscollective.com and we’ll get you sorted out.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 15 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Used items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All digital sales are final. Copper Cactus reserves the right to determine if items have signs of use and wear. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect.
