RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 15 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. In the case that we are sold out of a product or if a product is bought at a discounted price, an exchange for a new item may be applied. Copper Cactus has the right to determine what is considered used or worn, and what qualifies for a return.

LOST AND MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

Copper Cactus is not required to reimburse you for any cost and we suggest filing a claim through the shipping service responsible for the delivery of your order.

1. PROCESSING

Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. To cancel or edit your order, please reply to the confirmation email.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Some items in our shop are hand-made to order, those items may have longer processing or shipping times. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. 

2. PAYMENT

The Copper Cactus accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Venmo

Sales tax will be included on all orders shipped within Arizona.

When you make a purchase from coppercactuscollective.com you will be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and credit card or debit card number. Details of all your order transactions will be collected and stored. The information we hold about you needs to be accurate and up to date.
